Service status and incident updates
Status updates are published on a separately hosted page, so they stay available even if this website is affected.
Our status page is being set up. Until then, contracted clients receive incident updates directly through the channel defined in their agreement.
Clients affected by an incident are always notified directly, whether or not it appears on the status page.
