Who we are

The website computerize.biz is operated by Computerize Pvt. Ltd. (Private limited company registered with SECP, Pakistan · PSEB registration Z-25-9228/23 · FBR NTN 8124018), based in Islamabad, Pakistan (“Computerize”, “we”). For privacy questions, contact info@computerize.biz.

What we collect

Enquiry forms: your name, business email, company, country, timezone, organisation size, services of interest, your message, preferred start and meeting window, and the time you gave consent.
How you found us: the first page you visited, the referring website’s domain and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link. This is stored with your enquiry.
Security data: a keyed one-way hash of your IP address with each enquiry, used to prevent abuse. We do not store the raw IP address with your enquiry.
Visit analytics (first-party): our server records pages visited, time, IP address, browser and device type, language, referring page and an approximate country, linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie. To find the country, only a shortened form of your IP address (with the last part removed) is sent to an IP-to-country lookup service.
Optional analytics: if you allow it, Google Analytics collects usage data. It never receives the contents of our forms.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and arrange meetings (taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying).
To understand which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries, so we can improve the website (legitimate interest, or consent for optional analytics).
To protect the website and forms against spam and attacks (legitimate interest).
To meet legal obligations, for example record-keeping.

What we never ask for

We never ask for passwords, one-time codes, private keys, payment-card details or confidential files through this website. If you send them, we will ask you to change the affected credential and we will delete the data.

Cookies and similar technologies

Session and security cookies, which are necessary for forms to work and to protect against cross-site request forgery.
A first-party visitor identifier cookie, used for our own visit analytics.
Your analytics choice, stored in your browser’s local storage.
Google Analytics cookies, only if you select “Allow analytics”. You can change your choice from “Privacy settings” in the footer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and communicate with you, such as hosting, email, and IP-to-country lookup services, and with Google if you allow analytics. A list of these providers: GoDaddy (website hosting, email and domains); Google Workspace (email and documents); AnyDesk or TeamViewer (remote-support sessions); Google Analytics (website analytics, only with consent); ipwho.is (country lookup from shortened IP addresses)..

International transfers

We are based in Islamabad, Pakistan and serve clients worldwide, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: up to two years after your last contact, unless you become a client. Enquiries identified as spam are deleted after 30 days.
Visit analytics: 13 months, after which visit records are deleted automatically.
Client records: as set out in the client agreement and required by law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To make a request, contact info@computerize.biz. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

We will update this notice when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.
