Global coverage
Remote by design, with clear hours and escalation paths
We serve clients across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, North America and Australia from a remote-first team. Coverage is defined, not implied: your proposal states which hours, which systems and which escalation contacts apply, in your timezone.
What “worldwide” means here
Worldwide remote service with coordinated local assistance where available. We do not have offices or technicians in every country. Remote work covers most of what a modern business needs. When hands are needed on site, we coordinate a vetted local partner where one is available, or guide your own staff or supplier remotely. Computerize does not send its own technicians.
Our own on-site visits: None. We work remotely and guide your own staff or local supplier when hands-on work is needed.
| Delivery mode | What you can expect |
|---|---|
| Remote services | Available internationally for supported systems and contracted work. |
| Scheduled consulting | Video meetings, audits, migrations, implementation and training, booked in your timezone. |
| On-site coordination | Through vetted local partners where available; otherwise we guide your own staff or supplier remotely. |
Worldwide remote service with coordinated local assistance where available.
Your coverage
Choose a timezone to see our support windows in local time. Conversions use your browser’s timezone data and today’s date, so daylight saving is applied.
| Window | Pakistan time (PKT, UTC+5) | UTC | Your time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shift A — Asia, Australia and Gulf mornings | – | – | |
| Shift B — Gulf, Europe and North American mornings | – | – | |
| Overnight — Priority-1 server/security on-call only, when purchased | Contracted P1 only | Contracted P1 only | |
Times are shown in PKT and UTC. Your proposal converts them to your timezone.
Regions we serve
Our support windows are arranged so business mornings in each region fall inside a staffed shift.
- Pakistan and South Asia
- Both shifts overlap the local working day.
- Gulf Cooperation Council
- Shift A covers Gulf mornings and Shift B covers Gulf afternoons.
- United Kingdom and Europe
- Shift B covers the European working morning and early afternoon.
- North America
- The end of Shift B overlaps North American mornings; extended windows by agreement.
- Australia and Southeast Asia
- Shift A covers the local working day.
Service windows
- Standard 8×5
- Eight contracted hours per business day, five days per week, in a window agreed for your timezone.
- Extended 16×5
- Two-shift weekday coverage for teams spread across regions or working long days.
- Critical Monitoring
- Continuous automated monitoring of agreed systems, with a defined Priority-1 on-call response for contracted services.
Your proposal states every window in your own timezone. Outside contracted hours, non-critical requests wait for the next window.
How escalation works
-
Raise
Your staff raise a ticket through the agreed channel and set an initial priority.
-
Triage
We confirm the priority against the P1–P4 definitions and acknowledge the ticket.
-
Escalate
If progress stalls, or the impact grows, the ticket moves to a senior engineer and your named contact is informed.
-
Communicate
P1 incidents get regular updates until service is restored, followed by a short incident summary.
Incident priorities
This is the baseline we start from. Your signed agreement can adjust it. Response targets are set in the SLA, and we never publish resolution guarantees.
| Priority | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| P1 Critical | A supported business service is unavailable, or a severe security event is active, with no workaround. | Production platform down |
| P2 High | Major impairment affecting several users; workaround limited. | Email unavailable for a department |
| P3 Normal | An individual issue or non-critical degradation. | One user’s application problem |
| P4 Request | A planned change, advice or a minor inconvenience. | New user setup |
A response target is how quickly a qualified person starts work on your ticket. A resolution objective is what we aim for. It depends on the cause, on vendors and on access, so it is never a guarantee.
Frequently asked questions
Is support available 24/7?
Human support runs in the contracted service windows. Where contracted, critical systems can have continuous automated monitoring with a defined Priority-1 on-call response. We do not offer round-the-clock human help desk support.
What language is support provided in?
English. Other languages may be available by agreement. We will confirm this in your proposal rather than promise it here.
How are public holidays handled?
Your proposal lists the holidays that apply to your service window and how P1 incidents are covered on those days.
Can you serve every country?
Not necessarily. Some countries are excluded by law, sanctions or practical constraints. We confirm eligibility during discovery.
