Managed IT support
An IT department your team can actually reach
We run the day-to-day technology for businesses of roughly 10–100 people: help desk, accounts, devices, updates and backups, under a written scope with response targets set in your timezone.
Who this is for
- Companies with 10–100 users and no full internal IT team, or one person stretched across everything.
- Owners and operations managers who spend their own time resetting passwords and chasing vendors.
- Teams across more than one office or country who need one consistent standard.
- Businesses whose current provider is reactive, undocumented or hard to reach.
Problems this service solves
- Nobody owns the small problems
- Printers, Wi-Fi, mailbox rules and licence renewals pile up because they belong to no one. We take ownership and track each one to closure.
- Joiners wait days for access
- A checklist-driven onboarding and offboarding process gives new staff the right accounts on day one. Leavers lose access the day they go.
- No inventory, no visibility
- We keep a living inventory of devices, users, software and licences, so renewals, warranties and risks are visible before they become urgent.
- Updates happen “when someone remembers”
- Patch coordination and endpoint-security management follow a written schedule, and exceptions are reported.

How onboarding works
-
Discovery call
We learn your users, locations, systems and pain points, and confirm whether we are a good fit.
-
Environment review
We inventory users, devices, accounts, licences and backups, and record the risks we find.
-
Proposal and scope
A written scope, service window in your timezone, response targets and exclusions, ready to sign.
-
Access and handover
Named admin accounts, documentation from your previous provider, and a support guide for your staff.
-
Go-live and first report
Support begins on the agreed date. Your first monthly report includes the risks found during onboarding.
Service windows
Most clients choose Standard 8×5 aligned to their working day. Teams spanning regions choose Extended 16×5.
- Standard 8×5
- Eight contracted hours per business day, five days per week, in a window agreed for your timezone.
- Extended 16×5
- Two-shift weekday coverage for teams spread across regions or working long days.
- Critical Monitoring
- Continuous automated monitoring of agreed systems, with a defined Priority-1 on-call response for contracted services.
Your proposal states every window in your own timezone. Outside contracted hours, non-critical requests wait for the next window.
| Priority | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| P1 Critical | A supported business service is unavailable, or a severe security event is active, with no workaround. | Production platform down |
| P2 High | Major impairment affecting several users; workaround limited. | Email unavailable for a department |
| P3 Normal | An individual issue or non-critical degradation. | One user’s application problem |
| P4 Request | A planned change, advice or a minor inconvenience. | New user setup |
A response target is how quickly a qualified person starts work on your ticket. A resolution objective is what we aim for. It depends on the cause, on vendors and on access, so it is never a guarantee.
Security and data handling
- Every technician works under a confidentiality obligation and uses a named, individual account. We do not use shared logins.
- Administrative access uses multi-factor authentication wherever the platform supports it.
- Your data stays in your tenancy. We do not copy mailbox or file contents unless a ticket requires it and you have approved it.
- Access is reviewed quarterly and revoked at the end of the engagement, following a written transition checklist.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, payment-card details or production secrets through this website or by email. During onboarding we agree a secure method for sharing access, and we use named, revocable accounts wherever the system supports them.
Pricing basis
Managed IT is priced per user per month, with a minimum monthly contract value. Devices, locations and service window affect the final quote.
- Remote Essentials
- Starting from USD 35–50 per user / month
- Managed Workplace
- Starting from USD 55–90 per user / month
- Secure Managed Workplace
- Starting from USD 90–150 per user / month
Minimum managed-IT contract value: USD 500–1,000 per month, depending on market and scope.
Starting-from prices are indicative and non-binding. A written proposal follows discovery. Unless the proposal says otherwise, prices exclude taxes, third-party licences, cloud consumption, hardware, travel and out-of-scope work.

Ask for a referenceFrequently asked questions
Do you provide 24/7 help desk support?
No. Help desk support runs within the contracted service window (for example 8×5 or 16×5 in your timezone). Continuous automated monitoring and Priority-1 on-call can be added for critical systems where they are contracted.
Can you support staff in several countries?
Yes, for supported systems. Remote support works wherever your people have an internet connection. Your agreement sets the service window, and where possible we choose a window that covers your main offices.
What happens if a problem needs someone on site?
We do not send our own technicians. Where a vetted local partner is available we coordinate the visit, and partner visits are quoted separately. Otherwise we guide your own staff or supplier remotely.
Do we have to replace our current tools?
Usually not. We start by supporting what you have, record the risks, and recommend changes only where they reduce cost, risk or effort.
How do we leave if it does not work out?
Your agreement includes a notice period and a transition checklist. We hand over documentation, credentials ownership and inventory to you or your next provider.
